By using this library organizational platform, you waive any and all claims that you may have against Leslie Dean, Law Office of Leslie Dean, P.A., and her employees (if any).  Leslie Dean is merely acting as a conduit by providing a commercially-hosted platform for users who may want to access medical treatise data and use said platform at their own risk and without any warranties whatsoever, express or implied.  Leslie Dean will not sell any information from users, including, but not limited to, their email addresses.  The goal of this medical treatise data library is to post publicly available information and/or information which can potentially help Veterans, including also impoverished Veterans who cannot afford medical experts, and all material is posted in the nature of fair use, scholarship, research, and news reporting for social good.  This venture is not connected with any Veterans 501(c)(3) or other profit or non-profit association whatsoever.  This medical library is handled by Leslie Dean, a one-person attorney in Naples, Florida who is simply assisting by providing this electronic forum in order to help Veterans.
